Refund policy
REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS/ PICKUP POLICIES: ALL SALES ARE FINAL with NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ISSUED EVEN IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER. Due to the hand crafted nature of our products and the limited number of orders we accept on any given day, we do not offer refunds or store credits for any reason including (but no limited to) cancellations due to covid, illness, or weather. We cannot change your pickup date or change the details of your order once you have placed your order. Please make sure you select the correct location for your order PICKUP as we cannot change this after you have placed your order. For these reasons, please confirm your details before placing your order.
PICKUP POLCIES: When picking up your order, visually check your order before physically leaving our bakery. We will not address issues visible at pickup after you have left the bakery with your order (such as décor-related or quantity/size issues) since sometimes these issues arise after you have left (example: cake order left in warm car on hot day will collapse). ORDERS NOT PICKED UP ON TIME: Should you forget or otherwise not pickup your order at your pickup date/time/location, we will keep your order the following day (unless we are closed the following day) for pickup. We are not responsible for orders not picked up on time.
